"Amber was who we checked in with. My wife and I were staying at the hotel for our 21 anniversary. I asked Amber if she had any anniversary specials. She said let me see what we can do. Later that night we got back to the room and there were anniversary balloons with a bag of waters, popcorn and M & Ms. That meant a lot to us. Thank you Amber."

"Maybe when there’s gonna be a big concert at your amphitheater, you should open up reservations before 4 o’clock maybe so we don’t have to wait in line for our hour and a half just to get checked in."

"The rooms facing inside are ok. But, you can’t tell if it’s night or day. They charged me for early check in but, took it off later. I had to ask for my VIP perks. The hotel was nice."
