"The staff were exceptional, and the services top notch. The only complain I had was the room was too hot and I was trying to adjust the thermostat, but didn’t work . Other than that it was a nice experience."

"Overall the room was fine. The bathroom looked a bit old and outdated but fine. The room temp did not go below 70 which was too hot for us but the front desk brought us a fan when we asked for one so that was great. The front desk was very helpful and quick at check in. It's also a 3 minute drive to the MOA so that was neat. Would stay again."

"Fantastic staff! I communicated with the hotel regarding the airport shuttle before my overseas flight departure. It isn't 24 hours, but I had the coordination within the drive time that ends at 11pm. My travel companion was much later, so at least I could tell her she would have to find other means. On arrival, I arranged for a late checkout, luggage storage, and for her to pick up a key at the desk when she got there. In trying to use the shower, I actually pulled the handle off to turn the water on (the cartridge was sedimented stuck). When I let the desk know, they called maintenance right a way to fix it. Someonepromptly arrived at the room. We didn't use any of the amenities or restaurant, but it was a great Hilton stay after a long haul flight."
