“The hotel was adequately maintained, and it appeared that the staff was working to increase the appearance of the facility. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I was especially pleased to be able to converse with the cleaning staff and understand them. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe in the hotel. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room and there was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. I did not visit the exercise room but it looked nice.”

“Not Fancy but affordable. If you’re passing through and need a place to stay then this place will do. No bugs or issues but very old Lennon and amenities!”

“There is a fee depending on the size of the pet but it is a reasonable amount. The website does not factor this in to the price listed so keep that in mind, you will pay this on check in. Make sure you declare your pet, otherwise a small fee can turn into a couple hundred dollars. The staff was great. The room could have been a little cleaner (the floors needed to be swept and mopped) but overall it was great. If ever travellimg through this area again, will definitely stay here again.”

“The Birchwood Inn in Amory, Mississippi is a nice, clean and pleasant place to stay, Finding it was somewhat of an ordeal for me as it sits slightly back off the main road in town and the facts that there was a festival going on and I was towing a car-hauler trailer made my job of finding it more difficult than it should have been. There a number of shops and fast-food places very nearby making it easy to get something to eat. When we left in the morning it was now easy to navigate the streets...

“I stayed on the 3rd floor. I had-to take-stairs. 4 times to lobby because the elevator were not working.”

“It was cozy and comfortable during my stay at the Hyatt hotel. And staffs at the counter, they always greeted me when I went in and out Speaking of foods, they provided fresh bread and fruits every morning, which helped me to do my job in USA And there were various kinds of restaurants around the hotel so that you could choose and taste any dishes you wanted in the evening Especially I needed a backpack for my business trips and found a nice and exact stationery shop and bought one. “The bed had a dip right in the middle. Not too comfy”

“We arrived late after the game. The temp was cool at first but stat was on 59. Once set to 70 it heats up real quick & took forever to cool, but we had door cracked for 10 min. Turned tv on & was on at first, but then the screen just turned black, but could still hear it. I’ve never seen that b4, so was time to go to bed. Doable for a night but nothin fancy.”

“We had to book a room unexpectedly during Labor Day weekend plus it was a big football game too so the prices were doubled everywhere. So out of five hotels we chose the Courtyard. When you walk in the smell of the hotel was so nice. The concierge was very customer service friendly and luckily they had what we needed. The suite is large and the beds were so comfortable. My only negative is, the furniture in our room was very notably stained.”
