“Entrance to hotel was nice and clean. BEDS ARE HARD!!! The carpet in the hallways were filthy, old and smelly. Our room was clean, the bathroom was updated. Beds were terribly hard and linens were extremely outdated. NO ELEVATOR. It served its purpose for very basic necessities.”

“Clean”

“Staff was very helpful my room was very clean. And the housekeeper was very good and kind. I enjoyed my stay.”

“Would not recommend”

“Nice place. Convenient location.”

“It was cozy and comfortable during my stay at the Hyatt hotel. And staffs at the counter, they always greeted me when I went in and out Speaking of foods, they provided fresh bread and fruits every morning, which helped me to do my job in USA And there were various kinds of restaurants around the hotel so that you could choose and taste any dishes you wanted in the evening Especially I needed a backpack for my business trips and found a nice and exact stationery shop and bought one. Thanks...

“Hot water didn’t consistently work in the shower. We told the front desk but he said maintenance didn’t work on weekends. Tub needed to be bleached. Beds were fine. Just not what we expected for the money”

“Excellent Breakfast variety and delicious. Rooms were clean, cool and comfortable. Staff was very cooperative, courteous and helpful. A very pleasant and welcoming hotel.”
