"The rooms were comfortable as well as the bed. The staff were super friendly. They accommodated us by putting our two rooms right together on the first floor. Free parking was a plus. The hotel is convenient to several restaurants. Breakfast was hot but nothing special."

"This hotel only want your money. You pay high price and get a nice looking room but when you decide to left early due to unforeseen circumstances, they refused to refund me because of their "policy." Plus, it's really noisy at night. Definitely not the best hotel I've stayed in in Brossard."

"Empty alcohol bottles under the bed, accusations of smoking in the room and sending someone upstairs to check, pool under renovation for the entire stay and the main reason for selecting this place was the pool. Breakfast was way below par. Fake eggs, very little fruits, no home fries, only earl grey tea, selection disappointing and staff was generally unfriendly. Front desk lady told me she smelled something from me. I told her I don’t drink alcohol. Regardless, why was it her business? WHY did Expedia not mention that the pool would be closed? I would NEVER had stayed at an hotel with no pool access as I have two boys who love to swim. Absolutely horrible and disappointing stay and we left one day early. I will not be booking with Expedia any longer because of lack of transparency and flexibility. I only found out about the pool upon check in and by then I cannot make any changes. "
