“Staff are excellent , welcoming and friendly. They are very much disposed to help and assist customer in any way they could. Above all the breakfast is superb, delicious and fulfilling . “On arrival the desk clerk was unable to find my booking and the manager was called. This proved to be an unhelpful experience even though the booking was found he stated that he couldn’t find confirmation of the payment, despite me showing him the confirmation emails from Hotel.com. He appeared completely uninterested leaving me to phone the UK landline available to me so they could resolve the matter. He then disappeared to his office leaving me to follow and enquire of the outcome after which...

“ I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again.”

“The hotel is clean and the staff provided excellent staff. The rooms are small. I was asked to pay again even though i had paid online before checking in. I was disappointed. Now i have to go through the hassle of filling claims for reimbursement. Not happy. ”
