“The hotel could do with some maintenance. Pros:1. Electrcity was on 24/7 except for a couple hours during the weekend 2. AC works 3. There was hot water. 4. Flat screen tv works but only 3 channels. Cons: 1. Pool water was green and full of algae. 2. WiFi doesn't work 3. Only 2 out of 4 lights in the room were working. No lights in the stairway were working. 5. “I would NEVER EVER EVE RETURN!!!!! Rude, inconsiderate, do not care about the well being of their customers and liars. The staff didn’t wear mask. The insulted my partner by telling him he didn’t have the right to select breakfast choices. The had the security lock him in and demanded payment that was already made through Expedia. There was hair in the food! ”

“There was not a difference in the room types but charging more money and stating that there is. Also, the front staff is very rude, disrespectful, and disappointing, this hotel should be removed from Expedia hotel choices. I really feel I deserve a refund from this experience. ”
