The hotel was BEAUTIFUL and in such a great area (Casco Vieja). I love the fact that you could totally hang out at the hotel at the bar, spa, or at one of the many restaurants. The only suggestion that I would make is for the rooms with terraces, to chairs to the terrace. We loved going out on the terrace, but there was no seating. However, even with this suggestion, it would only bring my rating down to a 9.5.

It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My family enjoyed a wonderful visit. While checking in we made plans for the entire holiday. This allowed us to see not only Panama City, but also to visit beaches and other historical sites. The hotel restaurants were excellent with great service. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were new and spotless. We look forward to future visits!

This hotel was great. Its location is perfect for a loop around the historic area. The staff is friendly, and most are fluent in English. Everything was clean and the room was spacious with a great balcony. They staff the front door 24/7 so no one unwelcome can enter.
The rooftop bar and food was great. It isn't open 24/7 but there are plenty of other options for places to eat, and it is open at meal times. Wifi worked well.

We had a great time at the hotel, very friendly staff and beautiful location. The place has a very relaxing atmosphere, nice garden and pool areas and there are tours you can take to the beaches on the nearby islands or enjoy a relaxing massage.

I love everything about your hotel, staff was excellent especially Andre' from the restaurant he works the evening shift he took care of us. Food was excellent. The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. Other than that, the stay was amazing and even better than expected for the price. Honestly...
