“방은 괜찮았고, 공항픽업, 방청소 등 다 마음에 들었는데 밥 먹을게 별로 없습니다. 일단 점심이든 저녁이든 주문하면 사람이 없어도 기본 30분은 걸립니다. 그 시간이 너무 힘들었고, 한번은 점심을 주문했는데 직원이 까먹어서 1시간 넘게 기다린 적도 있었네요 ㅡㅡ; 직원이 사과만 했고 별다른 보상은 없었습니다. 또 저녁에 뷔페를 제안할 수도 있는데 절대 먹지마세요. 고기는 완전히 고무덩어리 씹는것보다 힘들었고, 그나마 먹을게 랍스타 밖에 없는데 1인당 10만원이 넘습니다. 그냥... 음식에 큰 기대를 안하고 가면 그럭저럭 지낼만 합니다.”

“풀빌라에 묵으면서 편아하게 휴가를 잘 보냈습니다. 퀴논시티나 에오지오에 갈때 이용한 셔틀도 편했습니다. 조식은 살사비치 레스토랑에서의 부페가 훨씬 좋았습니다. 다만 바베큐나이트 저녁부페를 먹었는데 바베큐의 내용이 생각보다 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 퀴논시티에 나가서 먹은 쌀국수가 훨씬 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 4박5일을 편안하고 여유롭게 잘 보내고 왔습니다.”

“Brand new hotel, beautiful contemporary decor. Room are not huge but enough. Comfortable good support mattress and crisp white sheets. Staff extremely courteous, helpful, and professional, and did I mention beautiful and handsome in áo dài and quần tây áo chemise. Because i was so busy, i regret not having a chance to enjoy the amenities. Will stay here again in a heartbeat. ”

“Wonderful rooms, location and staff. Great views from the sea facing balconies. Staff very efficient and attentive. Sadly WiFi was unreliable and with no phone signal , it’s easy to feel cut off. As with most VN hotels during service was slightly reduced. Captains Bar wasn’t open, Spa was shut and there was a midweek reduction in the breakfast service. This really should have been mentioned on the web site.”
