"This hotel is an excellent choice! It was clean, comfortable, the room was spacious and in excellently furnished. The staff was very polite and professional, and the amenities are exceptional. The only flaw was the elevator...it was functional, but not smooth, and was a bit unnerving. I mentioned it to the desk clerk, and she said that the elevator company had ordered a part to repair it. We come to Shawnee several times a year, and always try to stay at the La Quinta. It is our hotel of choice!"

"Great location, new and stylish hotel in Norman. Fantastic service by the hotel staff at the front desk and at the bar/restaurant. The rooms were also stylish, clean, and big. Awesome patio/bar on the second level with views of the OU campus - well-stocked bar and a great bartender - Reese. We will stay here again whenever we are in Norman!"

"I was still surprised even though I read the reviews before booking. Such a clean, homey room. I was staying as a woman alone and I never once felt unsafe. Being able to park right up to the door is a plus and it was so quiet. I seldom sleep through the night. I did there. Will definitely stay again."
