“The service levels were pathetic. Had to ask for everything repeatedly. The kettle did not work, the basin was clogged, the TV did not work, the room had to be changed twice to acceptable levels. ”

We arrived on New Year's Eve and the hotel put on a big party with music, drinks, food, dancing and fireworks. It was such a special occasion. The owner and all staff went out of their way to help with anything we need. They booked our safari tickets for us and arranged transport to take us there and back. “This is a homestay is in a gated compound complete with small park and modern stepwell. Umaid Bhavan is on hill above. The villa is a short drive to Mehrangarh fort and old city. Marwar Club on site has nice veg restaurant. A lovely place to relax after a days sightseeing”
