로버트슨 카운티의 휴가용 주택 임대

“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“Really enjoyed this hotel. It was much bigger than I thought, with two bedrooms and a kitchen!”

“The man at the front desk was incredible, however he was the only worker I saw. I was staying for 1 night as I had an important interview the next morning. Our rooms AC did not work. I called down to front desk 3 times before I went down to ask for assistance (my room was at the end of the hall and was a bit of a hike to get to the front desk) the man let us know he would come check. He came and could not fix it and let us know that he could bring us fans but unfortunately no other rooms were...

“The location is very central downtown. If you want to party its great as next door to Coyote Ugly. The rooftop bar is nice and staff couldnt be friendlier. It was good for travellers to have access to a laundry. However our room was windowless and we would have liked to have been told in advance and have the option to refuse. The hotel does itself a disservice by calling itself luxury as it is not.”

“Very nice rooms with a cozy shared courtyard.”
