“When I arrived my reservation through Expedia was never reflected since they stopped using Expedia 2years ago. I was made to pay twice and advised to resolve with Expedia when I get back to USA”

Mielai pagelbėja įvairiais klausimais, užsako transportą kelionei iš/į oro uostą. Tiesa, už tai imamas papildomas mokestis. Šilto vandens gali tekti palaukti 1-2 minutes kol atbėgs vamzdžiais. “We had a wonderful night out of Kigali. Enjoyed the sounds of the birds, the view, the clean, comfortable room, the delicious 5-course dinner in a beautiful charming lodge. Had the best breakfast I have ever had with homemade yoghurt, cakes, jam, fruit salad, cereals, eggs, etc. Played ping-pong, baby foot, other games while waiting for the rain to pass. Nice little walking paths in nature all around. We are definitely planning on coming back!”

“Good comfortable stay. The hotel has a nice location (near embassies, President's office and the UN) but being on the main road is a bit noisy. They can also improve their maintenance. But overall good for the price.”

“The staff was very welcoming and friendly, I enjoyed the nice room with fridge. There was a gym there too which was great to use. The breakfast had a great variety and the boy running the omelet stand was so good at his job. Only problem was the restaurant in the evening. I ordered soup and waited over 1.5 hours for it... That was not good. ”
