“When I arrived they said we don’t use Expedia anymore. So I didn’t have a reservation. The hotel was empty so they could accommodate me, but it shouldn’t be listed on Expedia anymore. The place is cute , restaurant convenient, breakfast good, dinner poor. ”

“전반적으로 깔끔했으나 실외에 모기 등 벌레가 많아 고생은 했습니다. 직원 분들은 친절하고 객실 등은 깨끗했지만 물 제공이 처음 하루만 제공되어 당혹스러웠습니다. ”

“Booking was confirmed and it was closed on arrival. I need this looked at asap. Wasted time and petrol getting there.”

“We absolutely adored it. It's a beautiful resort with great facilities. The breakfast was tasty and with options. The staff was definitely the highlight; all of them were kind and friendly. We loved our stay at Le Uaina and definitely would repeat it.”

“Great place to stay, clean basic rooms, nice pool and good food and drinks at the restaurant. One suggested improvement is brighter walkways and back carpark, other than that, very good! ”

They became like family and without hesitation They promised to look after my mum when I returned back to NZ but they went above and beyond. Check in/out was smooth with no hassles. Right in the middle of Apia so very convenient to town. It’s simple and intimate setting gives you peace and quiet and the attention when needed. Highly recommended. Thank you to all staff especially the admin team :)”

“Es war eine schreckliche Nacht, harte Betten, Kakerlaken im Zimmer, der Raum hat stark mufflig gerochen, Schimmel im Badezimmer, der Schwimmingpool hatte grünes Wasser zum Baden war der nicht geeignet. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Ich habe mit dem Manager gesprochen, der hat nur mit den Schultern gezuckt. Nie wieder in dieses Hotel, blos nicht Buchen das hat nur schöne Bilder, man wird voll getäuscht. It was an awful night, hard beds, cockroaches in the room, the space has strongly smelt...

“We stayed for a week in the over water bungalow. The bungalow is showing its age, however still really comfortable. This is five star location, with the balcony over looking the ocean. The air conditioning worked really well and the room is equipped with a fridge that stayed cold, coffee making facilities and towels. We will miss this place and would definitely return ”
