“Room was ok but missing basic additions like dishwashing liquid and wipes. Drain in shower kept blocking up. Staff were excellent and room was cleaned daily, great location. ”

“Staff was amazing , Very friendly and always willing to help. They became like family and without hesitation They promised to look after my mum when I returned back to NZ but they went above and beyond. Check in/out was smooth with no hassles. Right in the middle of Apia so very convenient to town. It’s simple and intimate setting gives you peace and quiet and the attention when needed. Highly recommended. Thank you to all staff especially the admin team :)”

“The view and setting was great, and the beer and chips reasonably priced. The room was a concrete cell, with a lot of midges which were harmless. No free WiFi. Plumbing challenges mean mystery water splashes on the deck after upstairs flushes. On-property attractions like the river pools un-signposted so hard to find. No shampoo. Not terrible, but poor at the price point.”
