"Hotel is very clean. Staff was very helpful. Food was good but wish there were more options other than pork. It was too cold to try the pool but it was very clean! I will definitely return to this hotel. Nothing bad to report at all. We did premium and half board for definitely worth it. They have free wine in premium as well. "

It was nice to experience a traditional Costa Rican breakfast. The staff was always friendly and polite. My bed was big and comfy. My only disappointment was everything on the TV was in Spanish with no English subtitles."

"At first, the hotel was a bit hard to navigate but once we got the hang of where to go, how the parking and elevators work, etc, the hotel was just fine. We really liked the gym and the pool. The buffet was way overpriced ($25 per person) so we chose a la cart and it was yummy. "
