“We had high expectations (having read other reviews) and weren’t disappointed. It was a warm and welcoming hotel with very friendly staff who were keen to help and very smiley! Our apartment was huge and more than adequate for the 5 of us. We enjoyed use of the sauna several times during our stay and really liked the fresh ingredients at breakfast. Being in a country where we don’t speak the language it was great that the staff had an adequate grasp of English to answer our queries.”

“This is an excellent hotel with a wonderful spa setup and restaurant. Breakfast presented many options for travelers familiar with European and American morning buffets. We had two dinners at the restaurant as well that were top notch. The pool, hot tub, and steam room were soothing after a day of hiking. Great value for the amenities.”

“The hotel is located perfectly for a road trip through Montenegro and its beautiful landscapes. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and the service at the hotel is superior. The area of Zabljak is not very charming but dining at the hotel was perfect. Good food and service.”

“Extremely Disappointing and Misleading Experience I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. The hotel failed to clearly disclose that the property does not have air conditioning, despite high outside temperatures. This is critical information that should be communicated upfront, especially during the summer months. The only way to get any ventilation was to leave the door open at night. “This property has everything you could ask for, it is surrounded by pine trees, fields with a backdrop of snow capped mountains. There is parking right outside. You have a porch with seating and Mountain View’s. Inside you have a lovely big sofa and tv, the kitchen area is very well stocked with lots of appliances from toasted sandwich maker to pancake pans. The coffee machine is a nescafé Dulce gusto machine, they gave us 4 pods for 3 nights so not enough. You will have to buy some if staying...

“The space is stylish, contemporary, clean, comfortable, and easy to find. Could have used a little more storage space. There was no electricity when I arrived, and no running water at 5am the next morning when I needed to take a shower for an early departure. Host is responsive (but of course I didn't contact him at 5am!)”

“Brilliant experience, with very helpful and responsive host (on Whats app) who was able to help with everything. Helped sort out a Tara River trip as well. Great accommodation with perfect location for visiting the beautiful Dormitor Mountains for our short trip. Even had a lovely local dog who visited us every morning our boys fell in love with Fully recommend :)”
