"We couldn’t get in touch with the owner, and hand to contact Hotels.com to be able to get information about the check in. You’re really paying for the location with this place. It’s really close to everything including the old town, the castle and Princes street garden. But the kitchens smells bad, probably the fridge. The rooms smells like mold and I’m allergic… and there was some others hair all over the bathroom. I think what bothered us the most though was that there was absolutely NO HEAT....

We had a lovely stay in a "family suite" (a standard room in the U.S. except with full beds instead of queens). We had one night here in preparation for an early flight. It took us 12 minutes to walk from the hotel to the airport check in - though everyone kept overtaking us and I suspect most people took about 5 minutes. The staff at reception who booked is in and out were lovely and helpful. The girl who booked us in was very kind helping me with some issues with apps on my phone. The room was very clean and with all facilities that we required. Very comfortable bed. Fun quirky decorative features...
