There are a number of cottages also, as well as a horse stable where the owners keep their horses which they train, on the property, for equestrian events. The property is a 15 minute drive from Giverny and Monet’s house and gardens. An excellent stay to couple with that visit. We hope to return some day!”

The host is fluent in 3 languages, the room is perfectly appointed, and the pool and lounge areas are a lovely spot to unwind. “Terrible hotel. This was the worst place I stayed at in France. The room had a horrible sewage-like smell that seemed to be coming from the ventilation. The towels were old, worn out, and unpleasant to use. When I tried to take a shower, there was only cold water. I went to reception, and after checking, the receptionist told me everything was fine. “Hôtel d’un bon rapport qualité prix. Les chambres ont été entièrement rénovées. Parfait pour un 2*. Cependant, l’abscence de climatisation est insupportable. Nous aurions aimé séjour 1 ou 2 nuits de plus dans cette belle région mais dans ces conditions, c’est trop éprouvant , surtout la nuit. Dommage.”
