“Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time.”

“Princess Heights is amazing!! I LOVE this property and its staff. The staff is super warm, friendly end responsive to any questions. The rooms are generously spacious and the view is the highlight. House keeping workers are efficient and so kind. They really make the stay for me. This is for those that are seeking privacy, peace and quiet and don’t mind driving to the action. “We stayed at Sapphire Beach Resort in St. Maarten and unfortunately the first room we were given was very disappointing. It clearly needed renovation, everything looked old and scratched, there was no hot water, and the bathroom is in serious need of a full update. Even the fridge was very outdated and not appealing.
