“The Murphy bed was uncomfortable it caused back ache pains. The airco in the living room wasn't working it ws hot we called maintenance he tried however it was not fixable in the night he said we had to wait until morning and we were already schedules to check out so that did not go well from the first night we encounter hot living room we thought it would be cool by evening and it wss too late to call to fix it. The tv had another issue the eminence person was abke ti fix that. The building ws...

“Good location, walkable distance of various kinds of restaurants and supermarket.”

“Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time.”

“The front desk has some shining stars. Others are pretty dull. Did not know that our booking “did not come with cleaning” despite being a week long. Cleaning staff was sub par. All of the bar staff was amazing. They kept the vibes going, and were super helpful. Cabana restaurant was a hit or miss but they had a few gems there as well. Property is right on the water and the pool Is fun with a few swim up seats. Overall a 7/10 for me.”

“Everything was super clean and nice. The only issue was that I didn’t expect the room to have no electrical outlets near the bed or the couch, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.”
