“It was very cozy with a nice comfortable environment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean. The creek behind the cabins/rooms was an added bonus while adding a relaxing, serenity to the stay. Highly recommend.”

“There was a terrible odor in the elevator, and our room smelled bad also. We immediately opened the window to air it out. The toilet wouldn't flush, so the front counter guy came up with a plunger and fixed it. I wouldn't stay there again. 😞”

“The building is old so don’t expect it to be like a modern hotel. It has heat but no air conditioning. The windows are drafty so we had the heat on in early May during our stay because it snowed. No great dining options nearby so we drove to Deadwood to eat. Breakfast is minimal. Coffee and orange juice and bagels and muffins. But it’s historic and it’s unique so it’s a great place to stay for a different experience. ”
