"Everything is perfect."

"An absolute fantastic stay, made more special by the hotel, its staff, the location and the standard of hotel. Wonderful room, junior suite with all the amenities you would expect, spacious, spotless, wonderful bed, double shower, mini-bar, coffee making etc. What made the stay wonderful was the politeness, friendliness of the reception staff, super helpful and even more so, it was my partners birthday and the housekeeping staff must have seen the birthday card I had given her on the bedside stand, and that evening there was a knock at the door with a bottle of fizz and chocolates compliments of the staff, an amazing wonderful gesture and example of excellent customer service and communication between departments within the hotel. The location of hotel is perfect too, within the Gothic Quarter and so convenient to walk around town. Cannot praise this hotel enough. "

"The ascetic no-frills format of this Marriott Bonvoy hotel fits right into the hip Atocha barrio vibe even if there is only water available in the lounge area. Staff were very good and well-informed. But when amenities are minimal it’s a frustration if one of them, like the television for example, doesn’t work! "

"Perfect city break stay! Breakfast (in true Hard Rock style!) is fantastic with beautiful fresh juices, eggs made to order, great selection of continental & breads too. The room was beautiful, clean & beds were very comfortable. All staff were attentive, efficient & friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for our trip! "
