“그러나 객실의 청결도나 식당 직원들의 태도는 절대로 다시 이용하고 싶지 않게 만든다. 일례로 객실에 마련되어 있는 전기 주전자의 청결 상태는 뚜겅을 열어 본 순가 기겁을 하게 만들었다. 중국내의 어느 병관에도 그런 주전자는 없을 것이다! 사진을 찍어 첨부 할까도 했으나 그건 너무 혐오스러워서... 호텔내 식당은 저녁 식사 시간에 주문 30분이 지나서야 에피타이저가 나오더니 그 후로 20분 동안 깜깜 무소식... 컴플레인 했더니, 손님이 많아 그런단다... 대부분 저녁 뷔폐 손님이더만... 객실은 마루 바닥에 얼마나 왁스 칠을 해댔던지, 조심하지 않으면 쉬러 간 호텔에서 병원으로 실려 갈 수도 있다.”
