“The hotel was staffed by a very friendly gentleman who appreciated my humor about Upstate New York weather having been two previous places noted for extreme heat, little snow and lots of rain. The room featured an interesting optical illusion which made the jacuzzi thing a sweet surprise from my future husband. We have a thing about jacuzzi tubs. It was sweet remainder of his memory about things that matter. ”

“Spotless room. Staff were great. Breakfast was ok. Heater didn't work in room 507. I had heat set to 90 and didn't kick on 1 time. Water pressure and temp of shower was great. Very quiet. We got stranded in a snow storm and we needed a place last minute for us and our 2 children. Quick check in. I recommend this place.”

“All of the staff were nice and even managers were even seen in their offices or in the hallways throughout the weekend. Also it smelled so good from the fresh clean room to the great food that The Grille was making. I think the only down side was maybe the road outback however I think the TV drowned it out. ”
