“The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back.”

When I arrived in my room, the phone was flashing red so I called the front desk to ask why. "Just ignore it," they said. Ignore a red flashing light next to my head while I try to sleep?? I wound up unplugging the phone. I could go on, but bottom line is this hotel is too much of a wreck.”
