The only problem was that the air conditioner was difficult to maintain at a comfortable temperature for sleeping so we were hot at night. The staff tried to help and gave us a fan which did help some. The problem was that the temperature had to be controlled at the front desk with a computer. “Totally lovely hotel it was! Bike rental for free! Thanks to that, we could travel around beautiful lake. Very clean, neat and kind. Spa in the hotel was also for free, even 4 bottles of water in the mini bar were for free. Breakfast was also good(i've had over 10 hotel's breakfast during this travel in Italy, here was the best!) I wanted to stay here one more night, sadly rooms were full. If you want to stay near by lake garda, i would recommend this hotel!”

“In overall, the hotel itself was excellent and staffs were really kind. I loved the Trento. However, the hotel was a little bit far from the city town so I recommend the hotel to the tourists with cars. (You can also take a bus to the downtown but there isn't any bus after 6 p.m.) Room was very clean and comfortable, amenities were relatively good.”

“Ottimo. Sono arrivato in tarda serata. L'Hotel è in una struttura commerciale, insolito. Dopo un primo smarrimento iniziale dovuta a questa situazione non comune, la struttura è bella pulita. Accoglienza del portiere di notte super cordiale. Ci viene fornito senza esitazioni un caricabatteria per il telefono. Colazione ottima. Al check out piccola incomprensione sul.costo della colazione. Sono pochi euro, non è un problema, dico che non fa nulla, non cerco neanche di discutere. Ma la persona...
