“This is a smaller property, but the layout is very well thought out to make it feel bigger (you keep finding hidden corners). Staff is super helpful and friendly. You can walk downtown or use the free e-bikes they have to get there even faster. While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is a very short walk (hint: cut through the parking lot, it's super close!) In summary, hotel is great! As for Turks and Caicos, I would not choose this island as a Caribbean destination... Prices are...

“Clean and large rooms, breakfast is just OK, lunch and dinner is great. Staff is nice and polite, but reception staff did not accommodate request for 1 hr extended checkout and offered 30 min room at the wrong time and enjoyed lecturing us. Not professional and did not end our stay on the good note. Reef for snorkelling in-front of the hotel is great. ”
