“Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. Das Bett war unbequem, da ein einfaches Holzbrett als Lattenrost diente und die Matratze extrem durchgelegen war. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Nach einer schlaflosen...

“에비앙이라는 소도시를 너무 좋아해서 무리한 일정 속에 방문하게 되었습니다. 평소 힐튼 브랜드를 애용하는지라 힐튼 에비앙 레 방을 고민도 없이 선택했으며 정문을 들어서 체크인때까지의 인상은 너무나 좋았습니다. 그런데 객실에 들어서니 서비스로 제공되는 생수는 먹다남은 그대로였고 리셉션에 얘기하여 무료로 2병을 더 제공해주는 걸로 잘 정리하였습니다. 하지만 이후가 문제였습니다. 외출하고 돌아오니 제너럴매니져라며 다짜고짜 리셉션 고객응대 사진촬영했으면 지워라, 보여달라더니 없다니깐 사진첩을 확인하고서야 사과하더군요. 너무 불쾌했습니다. 그리고 객실 돌아오니 청소상태가 엉망임을 발견했어요. 욕조에는 벌레가 죽어있고 벽에는 거미줄에 거미, 구석구석 먼지.. 결과적으로 청결하지 않으며 서비스 자세도 엉망이었기에 마지막 여행지에서 저희 기분도 엉망이 되었습니다. 다시는 찾고 싶지 않을 호텔입니다. 힐튼의 명성이 아까워요.”

“지하 1층을.배정받아 벌레가 있어 조금 좋지 않았음 침실과 부엌 기타공간은 좋았음 1층이나 2층 배정되면 참 좋겠다는.생각이듬”

“As noted by previous guests the building is dated but not an issue. On arrival reception staff was very helpful and polite. (Note the reception openig times). Location is ideal and only 5 mi utes walk to the town centre. Stayed in room 33 which has a balcony and a decent view of the town and surrounding hills. Bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. No issues with noise external or interior. Room size was good with a double bed. Toilet / shower was a cubicle type and worked well. ”

“Our stay at Névé hotel was excellent and I would recommend to others. Hotel is particularly welcoming and suitable for children (ours are 11 and 15) with fantastic amenities for them and adults - a great pool and spa, games room and pool table, which we were able to use for the whole day after we checked out. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable and the whole hotel has a modern, contemporary feel. Excellent breakfast was included. Not a cheap hotel...

Une troisième nuit est venue complétée le séjour A moment du paiement, après accord sur la tarification, une nouvelle base a été validée... “Hotel is great. Check in was easy, even late at night after a delà at the airport. Room was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space and storage. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good and varied. Property itself is clean, modern, big, well built and could see the outside areas, pool and playground would be great in summer. Some Parking onsite too. Would recommend. ”

“Clean room, friendly staff. Great locaton. Just a 5 minute walk to both main lifts and the town centre. Breakfast fresh but not good for a vegan diet. I did let the hotel know in advance but there was very little-just bread and fruit. I asked for beans but they had fixed days for them and wouldn't do them for me on the other days. I bought my own yoghurt and supplies from the local Spar. There is a fridge for guests to use.”

“We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next...

“To improve: Considering that Alps is visited by people from around the globe it would be great to have the information in English too as not everyone will speak French. Someone to be at the reception to offer support throughout the stay. No bin bags. Also we were expected to clean the room which we did, but the cloth to wash the floors could not be any more disgusting. And some additional charges we were informed of on the day of check in and check out, such as the deposit or tax. Light the...
