“Super friendly staff, and the lobby Arkansas decor was fantastic. I was lucky enough to have a view of Old Main, too! Great location to walk to all the fun boutiques downtown. The only negative--no mini-fridge. I've come to expect those, so I didn't even think to look for it on the list of amenities. Overall, a great, quick stay for UArk orientation.”

“Very cute hotel! Located in secluded, quiet area that made for a relaxing stay. Loved the coffee delivered to room fresh and hot every morning. Enjoyed sitting by the firepit at night overlooking the pool area.”

Outdated IMO. Carpet needs fixed, about tripped because it was bunched up in places. One sink in our room did not drain, held water. Small TV.”

“Mount Sequoyah is a beautiful place to stay. My partner and I were in town for a wedding weekend and wanted something a bit more interesting than your average hotel. Mount Sequoyah gave us the opportunity to unwind and watch the sunset from their lookout spot, walk peacefully and enjoy the grounds and the art, and sit on our porch and experience the wildlife. A mama doe and two spotted babies walked very close to our cabin. Our first night, we did not have warm water for showers, I am unsure...

“Aweful smell. Stained sheets. Top bed linens smelled gross. Walls sticky and AC unit blew out worse smell than the room. Emailed for refund sine I was only in room for 20 minutes. Could not stay!!!”

“The property and location were fine, but not at the same level that Homewood suites usually are. The room kitchen was ill stocked, the dishwasher leaked, and I had to go to the front desk twice to get enough plates and silverware for the two of us. “I checked out the day I checked in. My room was infested with roaches. When I reached out to staff they informed me that they were aware and no rooms in the hotel would be free of pest. I requested a refund and early check out. When calling to verify my refund I contacted the property after calling Expedia as I was charged directly by the hotel.
