“The receptionist was verry kind and helped me out. She also was helpful in finding the laundry room.”

“This is not an expensive 5 star hotel, yet we received more than we paid for when booking at Baymont by Wyndam. The hotel itself and rooms were clean and the AC unit worked well. The desk staff was very kind and went out of his way to help us and make sure we were happy. I didn't realize there was not an elevator and he helped my husband carry our wagon of stuff up to the second floor. He also allowed us a later check out for no additional fees. Breakfast was good and hot with several options....

“Brand new hotel. The staff was attentive and polite, the rooms were clean and well-appointed. My only gripe was that breakfast was not included, and the options were overpriced. ”

“I didn’t have any issues with my stay at the hotel. My only concern was that I was not aware of the $50 incidental fee. The staff advised that it’s on their website. Since I booked thru a third party I may not have been advised of it. It is not on the website anywhere about the $50 charge. It’s posted up at the front desk when you check in. I just think it would have been great to know about any additional charges up front. ”

“Probably top 5 hotel stays we have experienced as a family. Not only were they accommodating to use with little ones. They also made sure we had a pack n play ready to go in our room before arrival. Area was also a 10/10. Very safe & lots to go do! ”
