“곳곳에 도마뱀이 나와서 자주 놀랐습니다. 놀랍도록 벌레가 많습니다.. 샤워중에 남자 스탭이 직접 문을 열고 들어와서 놀랐습니다. 퀄리아에서는 방해금지라고 체크가 안되어있었다고 하네요..따로 방해금지 태그를 걸 수 있는 것도 아닙니다. 표시등이 있다는데 체크인때 전혀 이야기를 듣지 못했습니다. 못들었다 했더니 너무 많은 정보를 알려드려모르는것같다 이러시네요… 이게 말입니까 ? 저녁 7시에 숙소에 들어와 있으면서도 스탭이 들어올걸 생각해야하는지요? 돈은 다른 리조트보다 몇배나 사용했지만 불면증과 트라우마를 남겨준 여행이었습니다. “The property is very nice and the view from the room is amazing. Staff are very helpful and professional. The restaurant is also very good. There is a shuttle bus to take guests to and from the main area in Airlie beach which is very convenient. We would stay here again.”

In particular, Sue, made out stay that much more comfortable. She helped me setup champagne, roses, and chocolate in our room before our arrival which I was able to surprise the wife with for our honey moon.
