“The room was dirty and smelled musty and of urine. The hallways have all broken down ice machines and the breakfast was non-existent.”

“Absolutely spotless room, the bedding was amazing, the beds were super comfortable. The people were the nicest people ever and we enjoyed them very much. We had a wonderful stay in Vermont. They advised us on where to dine, at the Marina and it was spot on amazing. We had breakfast at The Porch in the morning and the lovely girl even called to make sure they were open before we drove there. We had amazing food there as well.”

“The check in process was very frustrating. I booked through Expedia and wasn’t able to access my reservations through their online booking portal. A lodge TV at gas rooms dates in the 70s should probably have staff to check in if they can’t keep up with the technology”

“As a single tired woman traveling, I was a little leery of Brattleboro, the gent who checked me in was very pleasant, the room was fine for a one nighter! My only “bummer” was that the coffee wasn’t working. But there was enough food all around the area to accommodate that !”

“Hotel house keeping did not clean our room. When we told other workers that the house keeping did not clean our room,they said it they don't know and didn't clean our room. Also the room next to ours was so loud singing, talking loudly all night and the room service could not do things to stop their noise. Finally, when we are cheking out they charged more money then it was supposed to.”

“I found that the room was a little bit cold. Except for that, everything was fine. Staffs were kind, room was clean and quiet (although I could slightly hear the guy in the next room sneezing), breakfast was acceptable.”
