“정말 최악이었습니다. 객실 가구들은 올드타운처럼 낡았고 청소상태는 서울시내 싸구려 모텔보다 더 더러웠습니다. 방이 너무 더러워서 4박을 예약했으나 1박만 투숙하고 환불받고 나왔습니다. 또한 근처 산위에 무슨 음식점? 같은게 있는데 밤 12시가 넘어가도록 앰프틀어놓고 노래를 부르는데... 진짜 너무 시끄러웠어요. 이곳이 진정 별4개짜리 리조트가 맞나 눈을 의심했습니다. 정말이지 이딴 거지같은 리조트를 1박에 30만원 이상씩 받는다는게 믿어지지가 않고 저희같은 피해자들이 나오지 않았으면 하는 마음에서 이 리뷰를 씁니다. 여긴 정말 개쓰레기리조트에요.”

“A nice property in Budva. Reception and concierge were very friendly and had great customer service. Restaurant staff was kind. A few of the young men working (like the taxi-boat driver and buggy drivers) can use a lesson in hospitality. They were rude and dismissive. Beach was beautiful and the boat service to old town was great benefit.”

“Pictures of the room when I booked it were completely different when we arrived. The room was not 4 star at all carpets stained windows dirty no towels or robes. When I complained they never even responded to me at all. Worst hotel I have ever stayed and will not ever use them again. Other than that I made the best of it. Not much you can do when they dont even respond. Also says your 3 min walk from the beach its more like a 6 to 10 min walk”

“Canadian guests, my wife and I, we stayed for 7 days as the first part of our trip to Montenegro and Croatia. Very good hotel. Parking included which is important when you have a car. On the opposite side of the bay of budva old town, but not a downside as it allowed us to walk 20min to old town and get our steps in. It’s faster to walk than driving or taking a taxi during peak season. Free beach access was nice to have as well (first row sun loungers), but we only used it once are there are...

“From the minute we arrived we were taken care of in the fullest sense of the word. The staff at Infinity helped us with all of our requests and inquiries during the entirety of our stay, everything from arranging dinner reservations to car rides and even suggesting sights/restaurants. One day we expressed interest in going to Jaz beach and everything was arranged for us - a personal driver took us there and back and when at the beach we were completely taken care of. I can say with 100% honesty...
