Good location for me

Newer hotel convent location. 4 am fire alarm for no apparent reason wasn't helpful but I can't blame the hotel for that. Very clean but you need to request room service.

Last minute good stay.

Was shopping in the area weather got really bad. Decided to stay somewhere close than taking a two hour drive through black ice. This was a good choice. Spacious quiet and clean.

Fred at reception

First room we had TV didnt work, Fred at reception had a look couldnt fix it and offered us another room, this guy from check in to departure was first class. Rooms are pretty tired looking decoration wise including the bathroom / shower. Place overall is clean and tidy. Value for money on the whole i guess so.

Fred makes this Courtyard awesome.

After the first hotel I made a reservation at called and stated tyey had no rooms I was a little frazzled. We get to the Courtyard and front desk worker, Fred is amazing. He talks to us as we check-in, asks about our visit to The Reptirium after we get back from that, gets my son blankets for the sofa bed. All around amazing man. Super friendly and im glad hes the face of the 5pm check-in.

Property was clean and wonderful staff service. Lobby had no AC not sure whether it was being fixed but it sure was hot. After travelling for 4 hours and visiting family, when got to the room as I open the sofa bed it had no bed sheet on nor did the room had any extra bed sheets or blanket for us to use the sofa bed so had to go down to get those. Kids were super tired so had to prepare the sofa bed for them which took awhile. Also outside by the parking area its very dark not a single light in the parking lot. Had to use flash light from phone to see.

My daughter and I went to our room after check in on the second floor. Upon getting off the elevator the hallway wreaked of pot. Once in our room I even cracked the window to air it out but it did not leave. I requested another room and was given one which in turn had no toilet paper or sheets for requested sofa bed. Finally a chance to take my daughter to the pool but that was even short lived because an unruly family showed up and did nothing but cause havoc in the pool. It was so unbelievably loud and kids literally running all over us and jumping in the pool that we had to leave. I normally never complain and have been a million places, we just wanted a nice evening out prior to school and was absolutely disgusted. Not to mention how dirty the gym was. !!!!!!

Polite employees, but that is all!

The only thing going for this hotel was the pleasant nature of all of the employees! When we initially checked in, the staff member was having problems getting the computer system to work. Upon check into our room, there were stains all over the bathroom floor. I’m not sure if it was lack of cleaning or if they were permanent stains on the floor? Additionally, our room door would not latch closed. When we notified the front desk of this, they said there were no maintenance personnel on site for the evening. They promptly moved us to a new room. This room was adequate. part of the reason for our stay was to allow our kids to play in the pool. We only live 10 minutes from the hotel. The heater in the pool was also broken, so the pool was ice cold. My kids could not enjoy the pool because of this. lastly, there had been a large amount of snow in our area over the weekend. The parking lot was not at all plowed, nor was the walkway shoveled. This was pretty surprising as I assume this is a safety risk for customers entering and exiting the building. The dining amenities on the TV were also not up-to-date, a couple of the restaurants in the area that were listed had actually closed a while ago. Upon check out, we were not even asked how our stay was. Long story short, we do not plan to go back.
