We stayed in one of the newer rooms. It was amazing and very clean. I have never slept better on a hotel bed. The person that checked us in was so pleasant and had a great sense of humor.

I slept well and my room was clean, however the hallways and hall carpets were very dirty and looked like they could use a couple of good shampoos and cleanings. Once in the room, things were nice and clean.

The property was being renovated when I stayed. The staff was very friendly and responsive. While not a walkable area, you are near a bunch of shopping and dining options. The fact it's just off I-275 is a plus.

Check in was great! Brett greeted me with a smile and I was checked in quickly. When we got to the room it smelled and immediately upon inspection, there were like, juice stains on the mirror. Which made me feel like the room wasn’t cleaned properly. We went to get some lunch, came back, and there was a centipede crawling in the bathroom. Our second day, we asked for more towels and were told there weren’t any, they gave us pool towels. We just never felt like the room was clean, we kept seeing bugs, little ones, centipedes, no ants. But still, it just didn’t seem like there was any pride in cleaning. Also, there was no physical remote. You can share your room key, but it doesn’t allow the remote feature to be shared. So my boyfriend was having to constantly ask me to change the station or turn up the volume. Wouldn’t stay again.

Brett was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed soft. Close to many stores and restaurants. Waking to the sound of Dumpster/Garbage Truck noise at 4:20am was not pleasant.

Not bad but no pool like we were told.

This is a decent hotel, but we were quite upset because we were told they had an open pool and then we check in and are told it has been closed for months. My kids had their bathing suits and were very upset.

The cable or satellite went down the first night we were there and we could not watch TV. It still was down when we went to bed. We stayed there three nights and our room was never touched by housekeeping (e.g. no new towels, no emptying of the trash containers, etc.). We asked for a wake-up call for the morning we were leaving since I could not change the time on the alarm clock and we were going to daily savings time at midnight. The receptionist called back to the room to confirm she had the right room. The wake-up call never happened. We are very lucky we did not miss our flight. The pillows and mattress were very very uncomfortable. I would never stay at this hotel again. The one nice comment I can make is that the lady responsible for the breakfast every morning was amazing. The food was fresh and she made sure all the items were kept full. She also made sure tables were cleaned after others left.

The bathroom was moldy...! We had our 9 month old baby with us, so this is especially scary... the shower head had black mold on it, the corners of the bathroom had mold on them...not to mention the wallpaper was peeling back. Probably made worse by the fact that there was zero air flow/ventilation... not even a built-in fan in the bathroom? That is not going to help the issue, and probably creates it to begin with. My mom was staying down the hall (room 230, we were 208), and she also had mold in her bathroom. This is not okay. In general the room felt dirty, musty, "lived in," just not clean overall. The bed was uncomfortable...I suppose you get what you pay for at ~$120/night, but I would expect better from the Hampton Inn Hilton line. The staff members were friendly, but that was about the only pro with the stay. My husband also left behind his Bose noise-cancelling headphones, and they were never reported as lost and were not located in the lost and found. Super disappointing.
