The hotel is convenient for dining and shopping. However the one staff member was extremely rude and the description online is inaccurate since it shows a hot tub and there is not one there.

Overall our stay was great. I will be staying again. It was SUPER convenient in proximity to the mall. My teenagers were able to walk back and forth.

Tiny ants in our bathroom, smelled liked weed, super loud. The carpet was just dingy and the water was cold.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Spacious clean room. Bathroom bidet was an added treat. Will definitely come back to this hotel again.

The AC unit was very loud and turned on randomly during the night even when it was switched off. He’s to change rooms after the first night and the second room wasn’t much better.

This was one of the worst experiences at a hotel I have had. Stayed with a big wedding party and were told rooms would be available for the groomsmen to get ready at 11. Arrived to no rooms available and horrible response from management. We were told to just go get ready at the venue! Next , booked this hotel because we were told they had a shuttle…. Confirmed Monday to be told they didn’t book the shuttle for us and gave it to another hotel. We had to scramble and hire our own shuttle. Finally got into the room and found a rolled up towel on the floor, room smelled of smoke, and long black hairs all over the bathroom . IG hotels should be ashamed. Our group rented at least 15 rooms too. Nobody was impressed and I’m sure there will be quite a few bad reviews. If you are having a wedding party go someplace else!

Stayed with a wedding party. Rude and unprofessional staff. Lied to about shuttle which is why we booked, dirty rooms, rooms not ready on time. If you are looking for someplace to stay for you wedding party and guests save yourself grief and do NOT stay here! Waste of money!

The room wasn’t quite as shown in the photos, but the big disappointment was the pool was closed. We were able to use the one at the hotel next door, but it was very inconvenient.

No prior notice the pool was closed!
The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Great location to get on and of I-75. The biggest problem I have was the pool was closed and there was no notification when I booked the room that it was not available. I really wanted to go swimming and I’m so very tired of booking a room and the pools are either closed, nasty or cold! Hotels.com needs to take some accountability for the hotels we book through them and then hold these hotels accountable in return!

I stayed at a Holiday Inn!
This was one of the finest Holiday Inn Express’ I have stayed it. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the shower was amazing for a hotel shower. The bed was a bit lumpy and uncomfortable but overall the place was great!
