“The flat was extremely cute -- very nicely decorated. The kitchen was very functional and had all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils we could want. I cooked several full course meals -- totally from scratch -- during my stay with no problem. The only problems we had were: 1) The television/internet were a bit unreliable and difficult to work at times; and 2) hate to say it, but we found two tiny roaches in the room, which seemed to be lethargic and half dead, so maybe there was some kind of...

“This is a comfortable place to stay close to the heart of Cape Town. It is a pair of Victorian houses bonded together and retains much of the charm of that period. The rooms are large and comfortable. The TV system is poor (effectively only some news stations of use). The breakfast was adequate, but some ingredients were dried out. Parking is tight. Michelle was a gracious and helpful host. The best, however is the central, quiet location with easy access to most of what Cape Town has to offer. ”

“Only stayed here for one night but it was lovely. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a drink and good conversation and then shown to our room. The house is beautiful and the on street parking was safe. We walked down the road for dinner and felt safe during the day doing so. Would recommend and stay here again. We did not eat there but the table set ups were beautiful for breakfast. ”
