It is a lovely setting and sitting on the balcony and watching the boats was interesting. We had come down for my daughters wedding and she left from the apartment in her wedding dress a lovely setting to leave from even if it was raining!

Comfortable apartment. With paid parking quite nearby. Nice views over the harbour. Lots of places to eat nearby. Enjoyed our brief stay.

Beautiful unique property with the view. Lots of restaurants to choose from, the only thing nothing is open before 9 or 10 am in the morning to have breakfast in this area. Otherwise very clean, quiet and easy checkout. If you come from other country do not forget he universal electrical outlet converter:-)

We stayed here for a few days so get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The area was amazing and catered for all of our needs. Would defo go again!

Royal William Yard spring break
The reason for travel was to see family during the spring break the premises was large and well equipped the kitchen easily caters for 6 people unfortunately there was no option for twin room selection and this would enhance the property. Given the premium price on the property you then have to pay for parking on top of this. It’s well located within Royal William yard with many restaurants on offer and access is easily accessible.

Beautiful apartment , with views of the harbour, high ceilings and huge windows. Considering it is above two restaurants/ bars I was expecting more noise but it was minimal especially after 11pm. My only gripe would be attention to detail, lamps were poor or needed new bulbs in the living room and we couldn’t work out how to have a shower without the bath running. No instructions for anything in the flat. A big thank you to James though for all his help.

Lovely one bed apartment. Views of the harbour from the living and bedrooms. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Great location for ferries,,walks, bars and restaurants plus we love the history of the place. On site parking is £10 per day.

Great Apartment
Very pleasant stay, location is great for the restaurants in the Royal William Yard. Apartment has a large TV with sky, and a modest kitchen area.

Another great stay
Another great stay with the Royal William Yard Apartments at 18 Brewhouse. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant place to stay, with great views across the marina, and restaurants and takeaways on hand. It is a bit of a walk into Plymouth, but I would and do take this every time. Great service too!

Great location and great apartments. A number of good food outlets on site whatever you fancy; be sure to visit the Steel Brewing Co also. Can’t get a better base fort enjoying the city or coastal walks.

Perfect
Came to Plymouth for grandson's passing out parade. The apartment was the perfect base and close to naval base. We found the apartment homely, welcoming and a perfect home to bring him back to for weekend.

Unique location with a good choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. A big plus is the ferry service - so much nicer going out by boat rather than car. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views.

Amazing and unusual location
This is a brilliant place to stay, good amenities including the water taxi to the Barbican. Quiet location but really close to city amenities.

Spacious comfortable rooms with good security. Plentiful good quality restaurants within walking distance. Good parking for 10 pound per day. Nice outlook over boats sailing into harbour. No grocery shopping nearby. Very noisy on weekend with very loud party in adjacent apartment.

Lovely place.
This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Royal William Yard Apartments. Second time round was just as good as the first, getu clean, comfortable and the location is brilliant. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing place!!
Arrived with clear instructions on where to park and how to get into the apartment. The Apartment is lovely with a great view. Lots of restaurants around the area. Would go out of my way to stay here again.

Great apartment, location & perfect for our family
My family and I loved this place. Great location, great apartment and friendly and helpful checkin. We didn’t move the car for 4 days with the choice of restaurants and ferry service which made an ideal long weekend. Would definitely stay here next time we’re down in this part of the country.

Wow-Effekt sofort beim Eintreten
Atemberaubender Ausblick auf den Jachthafen aus dem Fenster des Wohnbereichs und aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Altes Gemäuer und moderne Innenausstattung perfekt miteinander verbunden. Sowohl in Küche (sogar Backofen) als auch im Wohnbereich ( Videos und Bücher),im Bad und Schlafzimmer (extra noch Decken und Hygieneauflage im Bett) alles da was man brauchen könnte. Appartement reicht über 2 Etagen. Oben in den Schlafzimmern Balken vom Dachstuhl zu sehen: gefällt uns.Zwei Bäder: Eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne sauber und modern. Am Tisch lag ein Ordner mit Infos über die Geschichte, die Gegend, Erreichbarkeit von Ärzten,Benutzung von Fähren, Vorschläge für Ausflüge usw. Absolut einziger Minuspunkt: Wenn man im Spülbecken viel Wasser auf einmal ablässt kommt es durch ein Überlaufventil im Unterschlank wieder raus. Wir haben uns einfach mit einer untergestellten Wanne beholfen und fertig. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
