Many stairs to climb throughout complex even though there was an elevator it does not access rooms like a traditional hotel. Also if walking anywhere the complex is on a very steep hill so goi g down and up have their own challenges. ”

We mentioned this to the caretaker as we had read it in reviews as well. She said she would have someone look at it. But why not have it fixed if it already had been mentioned more than once? However, even though we arrived on time during the reception, it was handled with a late check-in without any further contact. I ran not to be late. There was no one at the reception and they didn't contact me. And the shower in the master room broke down and could not be used.”
