“Mattress seemed like one side was firm, the other, a black hole. Poor sleep. Several people outside the window on the ground floor making noise at 6:30am. The bulletproof glass and giant wall of security camera feeds was an interesting welcome to this place when checking in. Missed out on the “Signs of Human Trafficking” posters from my other stays at Quality Inns. I’ll choose somewhere else next time I’m passing through Hagerstown.”

“위치도 좋고, 서비스도 좋고, 아침식사도 좋았다. 그러나, 객실의 청소상태가 좀 불편했다. 처음 들어갔을때에도 욕실바닥이나 욕조안에 머리카락이 보였었다. 4일 숙박기간동안 욕실의 청소상태가 미흡했었다.”

“Absolutely gross. Even a handprint in the headboard. We did not shower due to puddles of maybe soap or cleaner tunning down the sides and what appeared to be blood splattered in a wall and light. Nasty”

“Other nearby Hampton Inn also provides water and amenities, but all refrigerators and others are empty here and the price is not cheap compared to other places.”

“Excellent go to place when we travel to Connecticut. Always great....even this time. However, they are in the middle of a renovation so things are a bit out of sorts. No breakfast but they are giving a voucher for the place next door. Good place for a quiet nights sleep.”
