"Our layover in Zurich was made perfect by the Hyatt. Special thanks to Elias at the front desk who was wonderfully kind and helpful. He set the tone for our day in Switzerland. The room was very spacious for our party of four ( 2 adults, 2kids) and its location in The Circle right next to the airport could not have been better. Lots to do, food, hiking park, just great."

"The property is well maintained, spacious room which included a sitting area, little kitchenette, small refrigerator with small freezer ( great plus to us), sink, a couple of plates, utensils, coffee maker with supplies, you can also make coffee in the lobby, very tasty, easy access to public transportation. The staff is extremely helpful, Mr. Unger in particular made feel welcomed and really provided us with helpful information. The young lady ( can’t remember the name) who signed us in on 7/19 was very patient, provided helpful information and extremely courteous. The only negative, no air conditioning during a heat wave of summer 2026."
