"I have several comments. Keep in mind, my comments reflect the thoughts of a U.S. citizen, traveling to Europe for the first time.
The good:
Front desk clerk - William. He's a keeper. Please give him a raise.
Hotel location - wonderful - a short walk to the airport.
The food/restaurant - first rate as far as food quality goes.
The not so good:
TV channel selection - Only 3-5 English speaking channels, and they were news channel. However, there were well over 10 channels targeting the Middle Eastern audience.
Lack of close space - While there was a rack/hangers in the room, there was no place to store our luggage; so it looked rather cluttered.
Food/restaurant - while to quality of food was great, the menu/selection could use more attention. How about some additional breaded vegetables or some cheese sticks? A wider assortment of beer would be nice as well.
I think that's enough for this review. Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed our rainy stay in Zurich. We would definitely stay in the Hyatt Place again, mainly due it's proximity to the airport."
