Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"Despite being packed with guests, the hotel was remarkably quiet. Everything was within walking distance. I asked a staff member where the cigar bar was, and she told me the hotel only had a regular bar. Skeptical, I went to the lobby and asked the bartender, who immediately pointed me to the cigar bar. The property is so large that even some staff members don’t seem to know about all of its amenities."

"Such a cute place to spend a few nights. The room was very cozy. It was small and not a lot of storage room, so be prepared to live out your suitcase. The staff was very nice and very helpful. There is no free coffee available. Cannot prepare any in the room. I do not know a coffee shop close by so be prepared to pay more than $5.00US for a very small cup with NO refill. I would stay there again if I ever return to Zurich."
