"Coming from San Diego for my wife's birthday. The staff was very kind and upgraded us to an amazing room looking straight at the beach from the private deck. This place is definitely a deal. Very clean, nice little breakfast set up, and steps from the beach. I recommend and will return."

"The property is in a nice location right on the Laguna waterfront with lots of restaurants and conveniently located adjacent to Ralph’s grocery store. However, the parking was limited to one stall per unit, the bedding was not cleaned before arrival (hairs and stains seen), and very limited kitchen cookware (no colander or cookie sheet or griddle and one size of glasses and two cereal bowls only). The barbecue works but must be shutoff at main or gas leaks can be smelled and the bathroom was one sink and little room around toilet (must have door open) so not much luxury!"
