"The location of the hotel is great. There are many dining option, stores and a walkable hill where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The room, however, was very basic. The beds and bathroom were clean, but there was no space where to keep some clothes out of the suitcase. "Lotte City Hotel is one of the better hotels in the area and located close to airport. I got lucky and got a free upgrade on my room booking to ocean view so that was a very pleasant surprise. Amenties and room were very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Would stay again next time visiting Jeju"

"A modern residence with simple elegance design situated at a pedestrian walking streets. The location is extremely convenient : u can find great variety of restaurants or shops within 5 minutes walking and airport is 5 minutes driving away. Everything is so good except that hot water flow is slow due to inadequate water pressure. "

"We stayed for a day and had no issues. Room was spacious and good location. We actually parked in a pay to park garage next to the hotel and didn’t have a local credit card to pay. The staff helped us pay for it with their card and didn’t accept cash when we offered. They were friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable."
