"Lotte City Hotel is one of the better hotels in the area and located close to airport. I got lucky and got a free upgrade on my room booking to ocean view so that was a very pleasant surprise. Amenties and room were very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Would stay again next time visiting Jeju"

"Good no frills accomodation. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was spacious also. Don't expect anything special. Checkin was quick and no explanations given (which was fine for me) and checkout was even quicker. It is also only 10min from the airport so a cheap taxi ride can take you to most places. Highly recommended if you need a spacious accomodation close to shopping and food."

"I stayed here a couple of days before this stay. Whereas my sighseeing plans were cancelled, we needed to find two nights accomodations urgently. I, together with my wife, had no second thought in booking this hotel again. Especially we love walking under the beautiful Jeju blue sky, this hotel is located at the quiet area but close enough for us to walk into the central part of the new Jeju city. "The staff at night (old man) was extremely poor in service. He hurt the hotel service a lot. "

"The hostel as such is quite good, located in a side street and therefore relatively quiet. The staff is friendly, but with limited English knowledge. There was some “breakfast” available, but don’t expect too much of it. We had a family room with a double and a single bed, but the mattresses were really hard and it was quite difficult to sleep on them. Very positive, there are wash machines you can use for free, however, for the drier there’s a 3000krw fee for each use. All in all, a good option...
