My stay was comfortable and the staff were all very accommodating. English was limited but we managed with translation apps.

Love the kid friendly theme, the self check out. Staff were so helpful from beginning to end. We stayed in the pumba bungalow and it was cleaned to perfection will definitely be staying here again

We had a great stay- 2 adults and 5 kids. The property is lovely and the cabin was comfortable and nice. The owner doesn’t speak much English, but was very helpful. The area isn’t too far off the path, and was a good base for exploring Jeju. We had a car, so not sure how easy to get there by public transport. Kids loved the pond and animal statues and the crickets at night are magical (but not disruptive to sleep). Would stay again!

It was excellent ocean view of running course and wind power machine near there.

A very nice hotel, new constructed building, the facilities are very new. The feature is the seawater spa, we tried it. The water coming from tap is salty, we guess it is seawater. The space is large. Recommend it!

I loved this hotel. It is close to a bus station and the area is safe and nice to walk. There is a taxi stand around the corner. The famous market of Jeju is very, very close (3-min walk) so there is always an option for eating. There are a lot of shopping stores around so that’s really convenient. The staff was really nice and they speak good English (not all of them, but enough to understand the basic) The building is very nice and it looks new. The room is spacious with very comfortable...
