"Ocean Suites Hotel Jeju made my visit so comfortable and exceeded my expectations for customer service- kudos to Front Desk and restaurant servers for wonderful buffet breakfast with fresh espresso! A big thank you to housekeeping for an endless supply of fresh fluffy towels and she spotlessly cleaned my room during my excursion filled days. Will come back for sure!"

"The hotel hardware is good and is comfortable. Great amenities but bedding confort is not too good. The bedding is too thick and make you gotta night. Pillow is not supportive. Great facilities and the price is fair"

"Hotel was amazing, very good location on the waterfront, pool area has potential to do more ie: pool bar more drink varieties, snacks. Rooms were very spacious, hallway air flow could improve though going from a/c elevator to no ac to a/c room Considering the hotel is fairly new, it would be one to come back to in the future. Also Jeju itself is amazing"

"My only critique is that the TV isn’t a smart TV. I wasn’t able to cast content from my phone or use my streaming apps, and the TV only had three channels available, with just one in English. Aside from that, the hotel was great and I really enjoyed my stay. If you plan to spend some time relaxing in your room and watching shows, I’d recommend bringing a laptop with an HDMI cable or a Chromecast so you have more entertainment options."
