I spent almost an hour panicking until I found another guest who was returning to his unit. Thankfully he spoke English and suggested a solution which worked! We tried calling the number given in the confirmation, there was an auto reply so no help there. Imagine tired and anxious, stranded in a strange land at 8pm! There...
