“프론트데스크직원은 불친절했고 파킹패스받는데도 한참걸렸어요. 숙소 샤워시설이 작동안되서 정비요청했으나 온다고하고 안와서 더운날씨에 수영후 샤워도 제대로 못했어요.체크아웃때 되서야 그방은 수전을 강하게 당겨야 물이 나온다니 어이가 없었어요....”

“리셉션과 방은 거리가 멀고 주방이 있다고 나와있었는데 침대두개만 있는 작은 방이었다. 짐이 많았는데 엘리베이터가 없이 계단을 올라야했고 호텔 직원 그 누구도 도와주지 않고 핑계만 댔다. 전혀 돈값을 못하고 청결함도 잘 모르겠고 아침은 형편없이 맛도 없고 부실했다.”

“훌륭한 호텔 선택이었고 메인스트리트에 있어서 여러 상점과 교통이 편리하고 아침이 참 좋았습니다... 단 辛컵라면이 하나에 $6 인게 좀좀좀... 길건너 Safeway에선 $2.19인데...”

“Owl’s nest 라는 2베드룸 스위트에 투숙했습니다. 침실2개와 거실, 주방이 갖춰져 있었는데 4인가족이 머물기 너무 좋았습니다. 일단 거실이랑 메인 침실에서 산 전망이 좋았고 침대가 너무 포근하고 편했습니다. 주방용품들이 아주 좋은 품질이었고 청결상태가 최상이었습니다. 한가지 불편했던점은 3박을 묵는동안 하우스키핑이 한번도 없었다는 점입니다. 하지만 다른점들이 너무 좋았기 때문에 다음에도 다시 찾고싶은 호텔입니다. ”

“I love this hotel! The energy and the vibe is great, maybe it’s the Hopi influence, I don’t know but we loved it! It’s bright and clean. Our room (we splurged and got a king suite) was huge and amazing. They have the European thing where your key card has to be in the holder for the lights to be on. The breakfast was the best with pastries from a local bakery (I assume). Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful artwork all around. The gallery/gift shop is a-mazing. I love everything about it....

“I love the antique furniture in the units and the very private court yards. The units are very quiet! It is for adults, no children or pets. Staff is very helpful and friendly. This is my 2 nd time staying here. Love it!”
