"The hotel room is very run down, dirty and the aircon, lights and tv only work intermittenly. The toilet is rusty and dirty. It seems that the hotel is frequented by day use "couples" and they advertised their cheap day use pricing boldly. Strongly do not recommend. Did not feel safe nor comfortable throughout our stay."

"I had a great stay at the BSB Hotel in Busan. The place is nice and cozy, with a very comfortable atmosphere. The location is excellent—right near Busan Station, making trains and buses easily accessible. It’s also close to many tourist attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. The staff were wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and spoke English, which made communication smooth. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Busan!"
