The staff was somewhat helpful although the third night we were there my friend was asked where she was sleeping since the room they gave us ( the best one according to them) was only a three person room even though the reservation was for four!!!!! "Excellent location!!! You can pretty much go anywhere by walking and good restuarants and shopping places near the hotel. They communicate great with you if you call or text the provided number. I would definitely go back when I visit Busan."
